Step 1: Your First Session
Your first session will be an initial private 60-minute assessment where your history is taken and your goals discussed. You will begin to learn your first set of exercises in this session and a strategy is formed for your ongoing learning.
Initial Private $90
Step 2: Open Studio
You will be invited to join the open studio sessions attending at least two times per week. Sessions are timetabled across the studio open hours Monday through Saturday. Once accepted into these classes you are given access to the booking system where you can book yourself in and out of your sessions as you choose.
